Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our authentication provider (Clerk). We do not store passwords directly.

Site & Integration Data

When you connect a website, we store your site URL, Ghost CMS API keys (encrypted at rest), and DataForSEO configuration. API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and are never exposed in plaintext after initial setup.

Generated Content

We store articles, images, research briefs, keyword data, and pipeline metadata generated through the Service. This content is associated with your account and connected sites.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, pipeline runs, token consumption, and timestamps. This data helps us improve the platform and troubleshoot issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including generating and publishing content.
• To process your subscription and billing.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, service updates).
• To improve and optimize the platform based on aggregate usage patterns.

4. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with third-party services to operate the platform:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management.
• Supabase — Database hosting (PostgreSQL). Data is stored with row-level security.
• DataForSEO — Keyword and SERP data retrieval. We send keyword queries; no personal data is shared.
• Anthropic (Claude) — Content generation and verification. Article content is sent for processing but is not retained by Anthropic beyond request completion.
• OpenAI — Image generation. Text prompts are sent; no personal data is included.
• Ghost CMS — Content publishing to your connected sites using your provided API keys.
• Vercel — Application hosting and serverless function execution.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. All data transmission uses TLS encryption. Database access is protected by row-level security policies. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and generated content within 30 days. Certain data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
